Hi all

I was taking Supradyn effervecent tablets with Water for a couple of weeks, then becuase they were so bad I stopped taking them. When I went for my first fill last week, I asked for an alternative.

The doc recommended Accomin liquid.

I find it better to take, easy to swallow and a much better taste than the supradyn.

Just thought I would let everyone know just in case they wanted an alternative.

you could also try Berroca performance - they are a soluble Multivitamin. If you need additonal Iron try Iron melts - taste really yummy.
