well today i tried to get a appointment with a dr. only 30 min away and i was told he is not in my insurence plan..the helper was very nice and she tried but they denied even a meeting. so my other choice is a dr.in dade city, florida, dr. grossburg, thats about 110 miles away! they are having a meeting tomorrow night that if i want to get a appiontment i must go to this first. this is going to be a challenge i have a 4 y/o that i cant get a sitter for all night i wont be back till 1am so i am tring not to get fustrated ..and just try to let him have a sleepover with friends.. anyway i also heard united is only covering the lapband till the end of this year so i an even more nervous...i wish this could be easy..but im realizing this wont be the first time i get let down...is it worth all this ...i know some of you out there could answer that for me ..i could use some reenforcement..thanks all

I also am a single mom and, boy, everything takes extra planning and organizing, doesn't it? But, now that mine is older (13), I can tell you everything happens for a reason. Just be still and trust that a higher power is handling everything. There is a perfect plan for you. If the band is in your future, I know you will do whatever it takes to make it happen... thanks for the kind words ..the sad thing is im not a single mom i am married but my husband is working all the time and is gone for 24 hours at a time so he cant help right now...i have to do this on my own and i hope the modivation will stay strong.
