I'm a big fan of my doctors' office, which has a team of surgeons and a great support system. Check them out at www.advancedlaparoscopicsurgeons.com. They work out of Morristown Memorial Hospital.

There are also programs at Chilton Hospital, Hackensack Medical Center, and others farther south. Where are you located?

Hi!

Are you in North Jersey or South? I live in Cherry Hill Nj, but I'm having my surgery over the river at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Its an easy drive and I have had a wonderful experience so far. The Dr's names is Dr. Noel Williams.

Do any of them do fills to and if so will they accomodate bands done in Mexico? I have a doctor but I think she does blind non barium swallow fills and that scares the behoosefat out of me (yes, I made that word up).

I don't know if my doctors' office will do fills for patients other than their own, but I don't see why not. They welcome other patients to their support groups. However, I imagine they'd only be willing to do Inamed bands, since that's the kind they're expert in. But to be sure, go ahead and give them a call! Can't hurt to ask. See the link in my post above for their website and contact information.
