Another Smoothie post

Hello all

I just wanted to share this resource I found on Men's Health. You choose what type of smoothie you want on the blender and then press go. When you go to the page it gives you a list of smoothies and the ability to see the nutritional information. Just click on the link below to check it out. :rolleyes:
