Problems Keeping Anything Down

I have had my band since August 2004 and have about 3cc. I have started having problems more often in keeping things down. Before each day was a new beginning with what I can keep down and what I can eat but, lately it seems like nothing works until later in the day. I can't keep coffee, broth, water, etc. down. I know stress can tighten the band but even on days I'm not stressed I have problems. I spit up everything and now I have noticed a burning in my throat/chest. Anyone else have this problem?

I have read a lot recently about bands seeming tighter after a long stretch with them. It may be nothing more than needing some saline removed in a slight unfill.

There should be no reason to be unable to keep liquids down. I agree with LJM, it is time to contact the Dr. and have yourself checked out! You have lost a great deal of weight.....things might have slipped a bit, and an unfill could correct that possibly.

Hope you get some answers. Let us know what you find out!
