I am so excited that I get my first fill tomorrw!! How much restriction is there between ban:rolleyes2:ster hell and a first fill? I think I am eating about half of what I used to. I know everyone is different but I am hoping that I will have some better restriction then I do now. I have no idea how much my surgeon will put in my band, and I guess he will ask questions about how much I am eating to figure that out. Is that how they decide?? Thanks for any help!

I saw no difference and even still (i am at almost six months out with 8cc in a 10 cc band) and I feel almost nothing.

Everyone is different, I hope you find your sweet spot quickly.

Most doctors have a certain protocol to fills and give everyone the same amount, especially for the first fill. After that they ask how things are going and use that as a guide. I was able to express my frustration at not having any restriction after my first fill and they gave me a little extra for my second. Please, don't be discouraged if you don't get much restriction with your first fill. It will come.
