Port Flipping

Has anyone had trouble with their port flipping? I went monday to my surgeon to get a fill and he couldn't find the membrane to the port to do the fill. He said the port may have flipped and is taking me under floroscopy next week to see. I hope it hasn't but i guess i will find out in a week:unsure:

I had the same thing happen in February and went back and had it filled under flouroscopy. It went very smooth in March. I think it is as we lose weight things start to get smaller and start to move around. February was very Very painfull as he was trying to do the fill. Went good in March. Nothing to worry about.

Mine port had completely flipped. I have to have surgery to repair it. I went for my fist fill since my repair and everything went well.

After almost one year without a fill I went to Dr. Ray in Blount Co. for a fill. My port had flipped and Dr. Ray worked on it for over an hour. We were using flouroscopy and utilizing a local anesthetic and increasingly larger needles. He was successful in flipping it back into the correct position. I was grateful for his patience. Now I'm tight and losing.
