Hi everyone!

My name is Dave and my wife and I are getting banded! We have decided to document our decision and everything that surrounds our weight loss journey in a podcast, which we call 'Half The Couple We Used To Be" and we'd love for some of you to listen in. We have a few episodes on the site and have recorded others but have not listed them, but we will go from start to finish, from decision point to after care and we want our story to help others out there make the choice to help themselves! Hey everyone, we went to Mexico and got banded over the weekend and the thing is, it was awesome! The trip was great, the people were wonderful and it was everything we could ask for as a couple.
