Am I addict-aholic?

Since the surgery I have traveled from one addiction to another. First was food, then I got the surgery and then I fell in love with the pain killers, once those ran out I started drinking alcohol finally I gave that up on jan 3rd and have picked up quite a sweet tooth. Is this normal or am I all alone on this one?

It's called addiction transfer. Do an online search for info or check an online book site maybe there is a book.

Sounds like it...that you are addict-aholic.

Sad to say, that's the American way.

Dr. Phil McCraw a couple of years ago published a book about weightloss...but it was getting at the root of WHY. Can't recall the name but weight is a side effect of life. Fix the life so no more side effects.
