Nasty Pills - HELP

I am 2 months post op and have no problems with crushing my pills and drinking them with coffee. However, I purchased a "Complete Body Cleansing Program" and the pill taste is HORRIBLE. You have no idea. They are also of course big horse pills. Would these be safe to swallow whole? Thanks a bunch!

It's safe to take any pills whole providing you can get them down. It depends on your restriction. If you are very tight, it's hard to get big pills down. I have some big capsules that I have to take, and they can't be crushed. I take them with hot water. Hot water opens the band. I can feel if they are stuck. If they are, I keep drinking hot water until I can feel them pass through. Hope that helps!
