How much to eat after fill

hello everyone. I was bannded on Feb. 26, 2008 and received my first fill of 6cc. I had a veggie 6" sub from subway and wasnt full like i thought i'd be. I wasnt hunbgry either but if I wanted to I could have ate more. Was wondering if that should make me feel full or not. can someone please share their eating amout experiences. I try to eat at home as much as possible, but my employment requires lots of lunch and dinner meetings, so I try and do my best.

Thank you to everyone in advance for the advice and experiences.

Most people don't feel good restriction with just one fill.

You didn't say how long ago you got this fill. As you lose weight, you lose fat around your stomach which will make the band looser. If you can eat a subway sandwich without any problems, you probably need another fill. Most doctors like to schedule fills 6 weeks apart.
