Any 2/25/08 banders?

Hi everyone,

I thought it would be nice for us all to have a place that we could keep in touch and compare our progress, express our concerns and just be able to let loose. I have already met a few people on this board that have the same surgery date. It would be nice to meet more.:)

I have this surgery date...

My progress.... well, until I get my first fill, I have a feeling I won't have much more progress. Right now i"m just maintaining this current weight. Not losing or gaining. And thats only because I haven't been tempted by eating any fast food, hamburgers and things of this nature, though I did have mexican food the other day and felt guilty... Luckily my first fill is on Monday...

Hi CoolCrystal,

Nice to hear from you. I have not been very successful with weight loss just yet either. I am down 5 pounds from my surgery date. I lost all of that last week. The first 2 weeks I lost nothing, which amazes me since all I had was liquids. I have my first fill on March 26th. I am really hoping for some some restraint. Right now I could eat a horse but I don't because of fear that I may damage the band site. Hopefully I will hear from you again on this thread!
