Hi all, I have been getting very bloated after I eat, it is to the point of being so uncomfortable and makes my pants tight.... does anyone else ever get this, for me it is everyday after I eat and last all day.

This may be your signal to stop eating.

Mine is gunk in the back of my throat like nasal drainage.... or sometimes I feel slime in my esophogas.

Yours could be bloating. So just eat a bite or two and walk away. If you are still hungry later, eat more.

I have the same exact problem and it does not matter how much I eat or what type of food that it is. I have been trying to figure out how to make it stop and I have had enough! I am bloated right now, as a matter of fact! LOL
