Nervous!?!?!?!

I have been having a problem with Heartburn the past couple weeks and it has progressively gotten worse... I have never had this problem...

So i am going for a slight unfill today... but my stupid scale just started moving again 2 wks ago... i hope i still have restriction....

    Good luck with your unfill. Always remember to chew very well and wait a few minutes in between bites. It is also key to remember that as your band becomes tighter, you may not be able to tolerate some foods that you once could. I can barely tolerate any type of Italian salad dressing now as it seems to always cause horrible heartburn (and I've never had any GERD/reflux/heartburn issues in almost a year).
