Getting banded on April 1st!

I'm flying to Monterrey Mexico for my surgery and I'm VERY exited! I've been doing some research on the surgeon, but I still have my concerns. Has anyone ever been banded by Dr. Rodolfo Sanchez? Will I have to fly to Monterrey Mexico every time I need a fill or if there are any complications? I called my local bariatric doctor and they want to charge upwards of $500 for fills. Can anyone offer advice?

I'm anxious and nervous but excited all at the same time!
