Any insurance that covers Low BMI banding?

I have an HMO that I know my surgeon doesnt work with, but I am considering changing insurance. With BMI of 34 and no co-morbs, should I even bother wasteing time trying to get covered?

    I wouldn't bother. I've yet to find or even hear of an insurance company that would approve the procedure with a BMI under 35, especially with no comorbs.
