hi friends!

So today just seemed odd. I was in the middle of a training walk.. nothing new.. waking.. chatting... drinking my Water... then i felt like a bing or tightness around my band. Figured it was ust a cramp. then around mile 3 i got this acid refluxy feeling and thought i was going to have acid come back up. sorry gross. i ate at 5 and this was 730 or so. it completely freaked me out! First thought was oh my god reflux, did i slip my band?! this is the first time i have had any kinda of fnky acidy feeling since banding.

the last thing i can afford now is a slip so i am freaking out.

am i over reacting?

i picked up some aloe vera juice. not what i had gotten before cuz this tastes like hell - the last brand that i got over the summer was good but i cant imagine where i found it. - hopefully that will help and i will go to sleep and see what tomorrow brings...

Did you reflux during the night? Or did it go away? Maybe you just ate something that didn't agree with you?

maybe a scrambled egg was a bad dinner idea. i didnt have any reflux last night or since.
