1ST March

Hi all,I was banded on 1st March,had a week on liquids and now Im on mushies/puree.Yummmm! Felt a fair bit of pain after op,had lots of down days but feeling so much better this week. Still,it was money well spent and Im looking forward to seeing the lbs come off. Found this site so helpfull,I am on here everyday! Good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey.:)
