Post Op Tummy Tuck...

Hey hey everyone!!

I am 4 weeks post operative tummy tuck and was wondering if anyone has any advice about starting exercise routine!! Doc says 3 weeks. I am totally not feeling like taking off on a big run yet. Anyone got any suggestions???

At two weeks post op, I started walking about 3 miles a day again. So maybe just some walking? It really depends on what you feel up to doing.

tracey. if you try to run , does it hurt? if not maybe just jog and walk alternating . you might need to ease back slowly. did the tummy tuck hurt much.??? i had my arms done and it was no sweat and no pain. just some pulling and numbness. i want to get tt in the fall if im buff enough. im not ready yet.
