Hi: I am so lactose intolerant that I can't even drink Lactaid Milk. For my shakes I buy a protein powder and use Soy Milk.. I love Silk Chocolate Soy, but it is high in carbs, so I use Soy Slender which is chocolate flavored, and has few carbs. It's not great and I have to add extra sweetener and ice and blend it, so that it is tolerable..

I'm pre-and but need to Loose Weight before the doctor will do my surgery (at least I'm not on clear liquids for week)

Good Luck

Maria
