Almond, Walnut or Pecan Snack

I made an almond snack today that was really good, so I thought I would share it you all. You could also use walnuts or pecans too!

1 oz. almonds, walnuts, or pecans (I roughly chopped them)

I can't believe it's not butter spray

1 tsp. any sugar free flavored coffee mate powder (I used vanilla caramel)

OR if you are not a fan of coffee mate powder, use some cinnamon and splenda instead

I just sprayed some of the butter flavored spray in a pan and melt it down a little over low heat. Add chopped almonds, stirring to coat. If it looks too dry you can spray in more butter spray. Let it cook for just a minute and then add the coffee mate powder (or the splenda and cinnamon) and stir it together really good. Cook it for a couple more minutes, being careful not to scorch the nuts. It puts a nice little sweet tasting coating on them.
