Back pain??

Hi. I was banded on feb. 28th and have had an up and down time fo it so far. today I have noticed that I have pain in the middle of my back. It gets sharper if I take a big breath. Has anybody else had this, and if so how did you make it stop? Thanks for your help.

I was banded on Feb 27th and have experienced the same thing. GasX is my buddy right now. I find at this time that I feel like I want to burp - but can not...I think it is air or gas build up. When I get the pain in the middle of my back I use extra strength GasX strips. They are working wonders for me.

I've had a lot of this! I haven't seen many posts on it, so I was waiting to talk with my doctor later this week. I'm almost 4 weeks out, so I don't think its gas anymore. It's in the middle - lower part of my back and it is especially bad if I am really hungry. Weird!!

I as banded on the 25th and I have been having upper back pains since Post Op Day 3. I started doing some yoga stretches and it has improved. I hope your pain lessens and goes away.
