I had my lap band placed in April 2006. I lost 76 lbs., by November of 2006. I have not lost another pound to date. I feel like I have no restriction at all. I was just told by my doctor that my band is almost completely full and that I would not be receiving any more fills!! What do I do Now?

If you are eatting ever hour when are you drinking?

Your suposed to wait an hour after you eat to drink. The pain is not as bad as all that it is more an uncofortable feeling. Like after thanksgiving dinner.

Eat slow but eat till your not hungry...instead of full.
