Starting over?

I was banded March 07. I've only lost 10 lbs. I feel like such a failure. I eat around my band and I always have that head hunger. I eat just to eat. It's so frustrating. I think my band is working, I just don't get full very quickly. I know if I have another fill I won't be able to eat anything. I'm really at a loss. How do I get back on track? I don't count calories or exercise. I'm having a hard time getting back into it. I don't know where to start. Does anyone go to Weight Watchers, would that help?? HELP!!!

For me, I gained some weight after my wedding in June. I think I just kind of let go all together. Anyway, one day I just decided I'd had enough, and opened up my fit day and started counting calories. I figured it was as good a place to start as any.

I'm wondering why you say your band is working if you also say you don't get full very quickly. Why are you sure you don't need another fill?

Make sure you are at proper restriction. It is way easier to eat the right way when you have that. I think Weight Watchers is an excellent idea, too.
