My insurance is switching to NJ Direct 10 as of April 1, 2008. Does anyone have any info on them and their requirements??:eek:

I am not familar with them but check out their web site and look for medical policies and then look for morbid obesity.

You will have access to all the Managed Care network Physicians without having to select a Primary care physician.

You will not need to obtain a referral to see a specialist.

Your office visit copay is based on your plan $10 or $15 ( NJ Direct 10 or NJ direct 15.)

Authorizations will still be required for some services

Your plan allows out of network benefits-you can see any physician outside the Network, but will pay deductible and coinsurance.

Travels out of state, you will be covered under the PPO Provider Network.
