Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't!

It is so hard to decided if you need a fill or not. I could only eat a 1/2 piece of fish saturday and sunday i ate the hold fish with a baked yam on the side. I just never know if I should get a fill or not. I don't understand that it could be the same foods but at a different time of the day or the next day and you can't eat it sometimes and then sometimes you could eat it with a side of something else! What's really up with this lapband?:cursing:

When you can answer that question--we will all bow down to you and sing your name in praise....:cursing:

KAT, you crack me up! Isn't that the truth! The band is fickle. However, if you are not losing or it has really slowed down and you are able to eat a lot often, I'd go for a fill. I tend to be a fill person, so I use my band as much as possible. Give it a few days and then make your decision!
