I have DDR at home and I love it! I have the soft pads, which I like better than the hard mats they have in the arcades. I haven't done it since being banded, but I got a good work-out with it pre-band. Once I got more experienced, I could do harder songs and I could get my heart rate up higher. And it was a fun addition to the usual treadmill and weight training.

I just got my pad. I cant wait to try it out. I hope I dont break anything. lol I am not the most graceful person. lol
