Has anyone read the book:

The Emotional First Aid + Kit: A Practical Guide To Life After Bariatric Surgery

It was suggested to me and I am thinking of ordering it. I'm just trying to be as prepared as I possibly can be before being banded in May. Looking for anyway to prepare myself so I can try to be as successful as possible!

Hope all is well with everyone

I haven't read that one. I'm currently reading "Dieting Sucks" and it's quite a funny read, especially during this time of my healing. A friend recommended it who also had lap-band surgery.
