Feel ill....

I was banded 02-01. All is well. Been feeling good...following all instructions but my curiousity for the best of me and I had some krab log salad....like fake crab meat in spicy cream cheese base. It was yummy and went down well. I now feel like I want to vomit. Not because it did not go down well, etc. It was too heavy. Too fatty....RICH....Never again. I had some mint tea and I am still slightly naseaus. I understand 100% now why we are given food lists etc. I had not had fatty foods for weeks and I am now not used to it. My bad. Just wanted to share for those also curious...Not worth it. -Susy:frown:

Yeah, the first couple of weeks are tough....

Please, please, please try to stay with your Protein Drinks and whatever is on your doctors allowable foods. The stomach is still healing and the movement it makes to digest food of any mass can cause possible movement/slippage of the band, especially if you eat to much. Which it does not sound like it was to much, just to rich.

Be careful, fight the temptations and try to stay on track. We all slip up, but none of us want to have slippage
