How Do You Know?

:angry:I was just wondering if anybody could help me? I got a fill last week and it seems everytime I eat something...I vomit (well most times). Things that I ate before my last fill I can't eat anymore. And the only way that I know that I can't eat it is to try it and then I vomit. HELP PLEASE???????:biggrin:

    Slow waaayy down between bites. Take a bite, then get up, walk around, and wait 5 minutes before the next bite.

    If you have been pbing a lot, try going on liquids for 24 hours to let your stomach rest and any swelling go down.

    How much was your fill?

    You should probably go on liquids for a few days. If you've been throwing up that much your stomach is probably pretty angry with you.

    Once you give it a few days to calm down, start with soft foods, and small bites and work your way from there.

    I agree with going on liquids, then mushies. If that doesn't work you may need a tiny un-fill to get to your sweet spot.
