Breakfast

ok...I have NEVER been a Breakfast person....and I'm still not now! I wake up at 5am do a 2 mile walk...am in work at 7...and eat lunch at 10:15...

should I force myself to eat something. I've read about "jumpstarting" my metabolism...I just am not interested in eating anything that early...

I have never been a breakfast person either, everything taste like toothpaste to me early mornings. If I force myself I can eat something by 10 - 10:30 aam. And then lunch around 2 - 2:30, but shhhhhh don't tell my doc.

trust me...I'm not telling anyone! haha...I'm just concerned that I am not :jumpstarting" my metabolism. I am having my first fill next week...and can only imagine that tightness in the morning is going to be worse
