Pre-op Diet Rocks!

Well guys I am extremely excited to say this pre-op diet works! Everytime I wake up in the morning I am down more weight Friday at the surgeons visit I was 327.6 today at the last appt I am now 317.5! Exciting ... I have not cheated at all but it seems like I smell food like crazy now cause my smell senses are through the damn roof! That's the only time I wanna cheat. I wanted to lose the 27.6 pounds on the pre-op to bring me down to the 2's post band so I will just have the 2's to conquer. And it's working it's freaking working I hadn't seen the scale move down in years! I wanna say 14! I am so happy guys it's f**king working sorry for th language but those who know me or of me know I am a sailor chick by now! ALL southern chicks aren't belles LOL but anyway I am ecstatic ... and everyone said that I wouldn't make it that I would cheat *middle finger*!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok so I have 9 more days til surgery W/ 10.1 more pounds to lose and I am not cheating it's out of the question now! These pounds feel to good!!!!!!!!!! It's not but I'm closer to goal. I will make a ticker now! LOL. LOTS OF LOVE APPLES!

Yay, good for you

Not to burst your bubble, but just to keep in mind, so you don't crash and burn.. post-op when you're able to eat again, it's not unusual to gain some weight back from your pre/post op diets. It doesn't always happen (it didn't to me), but it can.. so if it does, just remember you'll keep losing soon

Yeah ... thanks ... I know ... but I wanna keep this ball rolling! I am gonna like try to eat as little as possible ... my brain is now transitioning from "live to eat" to now "eat to live". So as much as I need to live on now! I am so determined it's crazy I have never been this determined before in my life.

F-ya...Apples!!! You GO GIRL!!! You will be in the 2's in no time. I've lost 13lbs on my pre-op diet. It's soooo nice to see the scale move in the right direction. Keep doin' what you're doin' and *middle finger* to anyone who doesn't support or believe in you. WE DO!!!!

what is this pre-op diet that worked so great?? I'd love to hear about it!
