Deceptively Delicious

Anybody else try the cookbook Deceptively Delicious? I LOVE it. I never love cookbooks. I hate cookbooks. Nothing ever turns out. But this one actually makes stuff I cook taste good. Really. It's quite amazing. The puree stuff makes everything so moist and tender, and they're actually quite healthy recipes - especially if you use real foods - like butter instead of margarine and organic where you can. I really like this cookbook. Did I say that already?

Anybody try any other books like this - where you sneak in healthy purees?

Linda

Is that the cook book by Jerry Seinfields wife by any chance? I wanted to get that book.

I just googled it and I am going to order it for my sister as a wedding gift. Her fiance` has 2 boys that hate vegetables and will not try anything if they know there's vegetables in it. This way, she can sneak them in.
