Need help with food ideas

I go to school after work on MOn & Tues until 9 at night. The problem is that I need food that can go down easily while driving or that I can eat very quickly before class. Lunchboxes don't work with cold food because I don't have a fridge at work and I never remember to pack ice packs. I eat a protein bar for breakfast so I was trying to avoid eating that again. I get my next fill on Mon and they fill really tight so the main problem will be for the next two weeks. Any suggestions?

I'm shifting into mommy mode. Pack like you would a school lunch. Freeze 2 Water bottles and pack in a small container or lunchbox. The frozen water will keep the other foods cold for a few hours. Yogurts, tuna, applesauce and fruit cups are easy to go down and should keep well. These two water bottles you can then drink.

I hope this helps.

I like the Low Carb Slim Fast drinks. They have 20 grams of Protein in one can and besides being convenient they are easy to get down when you're very tight. Of course, you still have the issue of needing to remember the ice packs and a straw.

What about the Campbells Soup at Hand in the microwaveable drink containers? Have you tried those? Good luck!
