Not hungry

I'm heading into my third week post-op and I'm not hungry at all! I have my slim-fast in the morning and my stomach doesn't start growling until 7 or 8 at night!!! I don't want to eat just to be eating because that seems to me like encouraging my old habbits, but I know I need something...any suggestions? I think too that I might be phycologically telling myself not to eat because I'm afriad of gaining all the weight back that I've already lost (and then some). I'm having a real issue, and I'm truly concerned.

You HAVE to eat something. One slim fast a day is not near enough. Find some lo cal things you like and add one at a time. Starving yourself will hurt your weight loss later.

Call your Dr's office and ask what they think. You are early out, and I was always told to only eat if I was hungry...that a skipped meal was no big deal. I suspect your hunger will return sooner than later. I'd see what my doc's office felt about it.
