I would like to join this group as well. I'm losing just not as fast as I had hoped, but a pound loss is better than a pound gained :smile:. I was banded March 06 and I've lost 50lbs as of Jan 08 sooooooo I'm keeping the faith that I will eventually meet my goal ..........:smile:

    Are U Exercisng Any At All Thats The Key, But I Eat To Much At Meal Time And During The Day, Got To Quit Drinking At Meal Time Also, Seems Easy For Some But For Me It Is Not I Like To Drink Tea With My Meals.
