If ETT means extended tummy tuck then they are basically the same surgery but with an ETT they take the scar round much further so it ends kind of where your thumbs are if you put your hands on your hips.

My PS wasnt sold on them ( I asked for one at my final consult) BUT I have seen some amazing results with them, I think they kind of give you an outer thigh lift too.

Hope I am right, if not ignore me!
