Banded January 3rd

I live in Central Alabama and was banded on January 3rd...

So far the liquid diet is killing me....Mental most of it...I just want to chew something!!! I know that it is all mental...I am hanging in there and can't wait to lose weight and be more active in life. I am too young to sit on the side lines and just watch life going by.

Can't wait to go thru this journey with everyone

sometimes youll hear of the chew and spit thing people who are on liquids were getting sick of it so they would take something chew it up just for the flavor and be able chew cause thats what people miss the most is not chewing and then they would spit it out but if you think your gonna swallow dont do it.

That's funny.....I think at this point I might be tempted to swallow it. Chewing gum does good for a while.

I CRAVE a taco salad.....and I don't even eat them that often, but goodness I am CRAVING one so bad....kinda wierd

I'm guilty of the chew and spit out! hahah My hubby made some chicken all spiced up for tacos and it smelled so yummy! I chewed up one tiny little piece and then spit it out and rinsed my mouth. It was amazing that it was actually satisfying. HAHAHAHA The funniest part? I do not even like taco's or any type of Mexican food!
