Hi I am banded and home at last - two days in hospital. Went well. Dr pleased with my liver from the Optifast pre op diet. Feel okay but a little sore and fuzzy headed. Have Clear liquids diet to end of today, then liquids for a month, vitamised foods for two weeks, soft/mushy food for two weeks then real food finally.

Hope all of you who were also banded on the 10th and 11th are doing well.

Had a huge long sleep this afternoon and now don't know what to be doing!! Not hungry and no interest in anything to do with food.
