Its been a while but I think I was taking in between 700-1100 calories depending on the type of mushies I was eating. Mashed potatoes all day can add up quickly.

I was on 800-900 cal/day and hungry all the time. When I was still hungry after my 1st fill, I was told to add Protein Snacks so now I'm doing 900-1000 cal/day and still losing 1-2lbs/wk.

You look so nice.

Congratulations....

I was band 10/30/2007. I've loss 31 lbs. I have a ways to go but still working at it.

Around 3 weeks, I ate more calories then I should have! I had absolutely no restriction. I tried to make healthy choices and stay under 2,000, but eating less than that was very hard!
