I can't believe it...and I paid the $18,700! I just wanted to let everyone know...my surgeon just dropped the cashpay lapband $18,700 to $12,800 and it includes the surgeon, assistant surgeon, hopital, and anesthesia. They've been working with the hospital for serveral months to get the prices down, and it took affect February 1st (I'm thinking...why couldn't this have happened two months ago???)! Wow, that's great! I did a lot of research, and would still recommend my surgeon even at the $18,700. I was willing to go anywhere in the country as long as I had the best surgeon.
