Are you bloated?

I had surgery a little over 3 months ago and my swelling from surgery went down some time ago. However, for the last few weeks I have been so bloated. Even though I have lost over 20 pounds, my pants have gotten tight again and I haven't gained any weight back. It seems like I'm retaining Water really bad for some reason. Any thoughts as to what this might be caused from?

    Hey. I was banded just 2 days before you and I have only noticed bloating at tom or after I eat dairy. Im lactose intolerant. So, it may be something you are eating. Some foods are harder to digest than others. How is you fiber intake?
