I just read my daughter in laws myspace page. The other daughter in law states that my son is due back tomorrow from Iraq on his mid tour. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW. We shortened our vacation and spent $250 to go get this DIL because she had a meltdown and our grandkids were in emergency childcare. She must be afraid we are going to intrude on her time. Well, pi$$ on you uppity biatch!

I would like to think that she wouldnt leave you out on purpose, I have to confess that I am dreading all my boys leaving...

I dont think they would surprise me, they would tell my husband what was going on and he would leak it. Not so mad today, but I feel sometimes like we are good enough if they need something and thats it. We give and give, and get little if nothing in return. They are too hung up on themselves.

Well im sorry to hear that. My mom and dads friends have kids who take and take and take, they move out and move back in . Well this yr for Christmas they told them " Your getting NOTHING " The kids were like WHAT ( They are grown) they were SHOCKED. The parents adopted a family in need and spent all the money on them . It was HILIRIOUS , the kids were PI$$ED !

I hope you get to see your son soon and I think i would maybe inform HIM your upset.

I have thought about the Christmas present thing before. My birthday is one of the first of the year. One year no one did ANYTHING. No card, no acknowledgment it was even my birthday. I must have had PMS I exploded on 2 sons and a husband. I said thats fine, if thats how we are doing birthdays this year, I can do this. You can expect the same on yours unless things change in the next 24hrs. I came home from work the next night and 1 son had me a card and perfume. He got a birthday present that year, no one else did. And by the way 48hrs now and we still have heard nothing from soldier son and DIL.

OMG you STILL have not heard from your son ? Do you know that he's back ? Maybe he's not home yet ?
