HMC Northeast PPO

Does anyone know if they generally approve the Lap Band procedure? Does anyone have them as their primary insurance?

    Can you give us more information about the company? Is this a plan your employer provides or is HMC a separate insurance company? I've never heard of it.

    The name of the insurance company is HMC Northeast PPO, it is located in the New England area. It is a TR Paul Inc. insurance company, I hope that helps.
