Will this gas ever stop?

I know each of us is different. My DH and I had the surgery together. I seem to be suffering more gas than he is. We were banded five days ago. I take Beano before I eat anything but sometimes the gas is so bad it just travels up my backbone!! And I bealch all the time !!!

    What kind of protein are you getting? I've read that Whey Protein Isolate is better then Whey Protein Concentrate. The concentrate contains lactose which converts to gas in the belly. You perhaps are becoming lactose sensitive.

    Just a thought.
