Looking for "the list" for post-surgery...

Can anyone tell me where to find "the list" of stuff I'll need for after surgery? I've seen it before but can't remember where it was stored. My surgery is 12/26 at 7:30 am so I need to go shopping tomorrow for supplies. Appreciate any help. Peace and love. KKG
