Hello all.
I'm 11 years out from my bypass and lost 150 lbs.
I maintained 135 pounds surgeon wanted 125) up until COVID where I gained 10 pounds.
I was able to get an overstitch last November and dropped back down. In the past 2 months I've gained 6 pounds and I am unable to figure out what's different now. I'm holding steady, but the body contouring is on hold until I get back down.
Any suggestions? Thoughts?
Thank you.
