Anyone find a good complete multivitamin

Hi has anyone had luck finding a good complete multivitamin? I’ve tried a few different brands and haven’t found one I liked. The ones I’ve tried at either really large tablets (hard to swallow) or taste awful (chewable).

Welcome!

I use the Bariatric Pal one-a-day vitamins, with 45mg of iron. It's not the smallest pill I take, but I have no problems swallowing it. I've been using them since I was about 3 months post op.

I take a one-a-day Bariatric Advantage with iron before bedtime. It is a fairly large green capsule. I know that they also come in a chewable, but I've no experience with them.

I am struggling as well. Most have made me sick. I have to take it at night.

I am 2 months PO and still using BariMelts multivitamin w/iron. It is chewable, the taste is decent. Once I am done with this bottle I will move back to pills.

nothing fancy for me. My nutritionist suggested Shiny Leaf Bariatric multivitamin with 45mg iron. They are not as expensive as some of the others. i like them. Normal capsule size, not huge, easy to swallow and dissolve quickly after you swallow them. My numbers at my Dr visits have all been in the normal range.

I am using BariMelts multivitamin with iron...I may switch up in a few months.

My nutritionist suggested ProCare with 18mg iron as i am past menstruation. I think they have a ProCare rep that gives them samples and that's why they suggested it? ? I didn't like switching from shiny leaf bariatric vitamins but i cant find that one with 18mg iron. My bloodwork was always great with shiny leaf so we will see how it is after 3 months of taking ProCare. The Procare are more expensive also which i do not like.
