Day 2 Post OP

It's done! I made it through surgery day and boy what a time it was....

6 incisions and plenty meds. Gas in the back pain. Nausea. and more tenderness

Struggling to get 64oz of fluid in but I think my game plan is to segment the day in 3-4 parts. I've already noticed I definitely have to force myself to walk and sip

    Congrats! Getting all the fluids in the 1st couple of weeks is hard! Just take little sips every 15 minutes. I have reminders set up through the Baritastic app.
