True Results Pre-OP Diet Search

I know this is a long shot, since they shut down such a long time ago. But, I used Dr. Hollis in Houston in 2014. And was looking for a copy of the True Results Pre-Op Diet. Anyone still have a copy? Or happen to remember it?
